IRIDIANA BARCENAS
Iridiana Barcenas is a Broadcast Communication graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). She was the executive producer of UTA News en Español, UTA NATAS award-winning Spanish-language television newscast.
Iridiana worked at the Consumer Investigative Center (CIC) at NBC5-Telemundo39 in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX for two years. She also interned at Telemundo and had the opportunity to learn and work alongside Emmy award-winning journalists. Her Telemundo TV news reports aired locally on Telemundo39 and were distributed nationally via the Telemundo News Service.
Iridiana started working as a Producer and/or Assignments Desk Editor for Telemundo 40 in McAllen Texas. Iridiana works along news producers as a liaison to ensure production plans are communicated clearly and helps assist in breaking news. She is responsible for news and analytical content about current world events.
